Are your crystals real and ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We only use genuine, natural crystals sourced ethically from trusted suppliers. Each stone is selected with care and graded for quality.

How do I take care of my bracelet?

Avoid water and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place. Energetically, you can cleanse your crystal jewelry by placing it under moonlight or using sound (like bells or singing bowls).

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! All our pieces come in elegant packaging. If you’re sending a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for orders over $60. For orders less than $60, we will charge $4.99 for shipping.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that additional shipping costs will be applied based on your delivery location.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

For hygiene and energetic reasons, we do not accept returns on custom jewelry or worn items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
